60 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Repair X.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Repair X (the "Physical Goods").

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Repair X will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Repair X will examine and determine the issue and replace the Product at no charge, using new or used but excellent condition replacement.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Repair X is 60 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 60 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

● conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS

Repair X LLC warrants that this product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the magnetic tray. This warranty does not cover incorrectly used, deformed (from improper storage, liquid damage or heat), wear from normal use or intentional damage. This applies to consumer use only, and is void when the product is used in a commerical or institutional setting. Warranty extends only to the oiginal consumer purchaser and is not transferable. In addition, proof of purchase must be demonstrated. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modification. REPAIR X LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SCREWPAD LLC BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE, LOST PROFITS, THEFT, PROPERTY DAMAGE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND/OR DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
